The Dragon Medical product line carries a 30-day return policy. If we send the license key electronically or the box is opened, we cannot take back the product. If unopened and no electronic license key has been sent, this product will receive a full refund, exchange or credit. Your credit card will be refunded or you may elect to receive a check, store exchange, or store credit.
Returns of Dragon Medical are not allowed if they fall within 30 days of a new version release.
Please Note: All exchanged/returned Dragon Medical products must be in original factory condition, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, and all accessories/microphones. For this reason, units that have been opened or packages that are severely scratched, abused, or that are missing the original UPC code on the box will not be accepted for return. We can only offer a refund using the form of payment originally used by the customer.
Please do not tape or write anything on the package!
Please Note: BRED Agency, LLC cannot be held responsible for packages until they are delivered to us, so please use a trackable and insured means of shipping (UPS or FedEx) or get Delivery Confirmation and insurance with USPS priority mail. For all returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees. For all international returns and exchanges, the customer is responsible for freight both ways.
Please check your order as soon as it is received. We allow only 48 hours from time of delivery to make any claims for missing items. If your package arrived open please check contents before you accept the package. Make delivery personnel know of any problems.
Once we receive your Dragon Medical return we will ship your replacement or process your credit within 7-10 business days. When returning a package, please do not initiate a chargeback with your credit card company. We will credit your card for your return, and a chargeback will only delay processing of your return. We vigorously work with law enforcement authorities to investigate and prosecute the fraudulent use of credit cards.
If there is a dispute of any kind, we will work with the customer to achieve a fair resolution. Our goal is complete customer satisfaction.
